After a long, sleepless week, I was more than excited to see Robert for our date night Friday. We both arrived at my parent’s house in Becker around 7 p.m. and quickly changed for our date. We decided to match and both wear purple. I chose a beautiful knee-length floral dress from Dress Barn paired with my white eyelet jacket from Forever 21. Robert wore a purple dress shirt and dark purple tie with gray dress pants.

We arrived at Biaggis in Maple Grove just in time for our 8:30 p.m. reservation. We must have looked good because the hostess and waitress asked what the special occasion was. It was my first time at Biaggis, and sometimes it’s hard to know how formal a restaurant is. But, I don’t think we were overdressed. After all, a grooms dinner was taking place just across the restaurant. The food was good and the service was great. We ordered fried ravioli, chicken primavera pasta and creme brulee for dessert. It was a wonderful dinner followed by a late night walk around the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, the outdoor mall.
